Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is THE clinically recommended treatment for a range of mood and anxiety disorders. It is underpinned by extensive research on the role of behaviour and thoughts in emotional disorders. Daisy Retreat/Choices Retreats offers an integrated CBT programme which is intensive, allowing our clients to complete their course over a number of days, rather than months of weekly sessions.
Combining intensive CBT with Mindfulness Meditation practices and yoga provides clients with a healing experience for both the mind and body.
